I’ve been working in strategic design, user experience, and research for more than seven years, applying design as a research lens to drive project development. During this time, I’ve studied people’s behaviors, mental models, and beliefs—always grounding my work in cultural context to design experiences that genuinely meet their needs.
As a strategist and researcher, my goal is to connect user needs with business objectives. Through collaborative design, I facilitate co-creation, alignment, and communication among all stakeholders, translating insights and ideas into tangible solutions.
