Design and accessibility
The project arose from the need to redesign imaginBank's non-financial products section to increase user interaction. To this end, accessibility, usability, and user experience were analyzed to identify opportunities. During the analysis, I discovered that a large portion of the application did not meet basic web accessibility standards.
For this reason, I designed and facilitated a strategic training session for the design team, providing the foundations of web accessibility as well as guidelines and recommendations to consider when designing.

Design and execution
The training session was designed to train the design team in the basics of web accessibility. It was a three-hour in-person session and was structured into three parts:
Icebreaker. An exercise to begin putting ourselves in the shoes of the people we design for.
Presentation. Definition of accessibility. Types of disabilities. Accessibility principles and WACG standards.
Recommendations. Proposal for collaborative work to implement accessibility standards within each designer's team.
